Looking for a tournament the sat. before the state tournament. Also are there any tournaments in Ky at all in the next couple months? I haven't seen any this year. We've been traveling to W.V., Ohio, and Pa. to wrestle. Like to find one a lil closer to home.

we are wrestling aau tournaments up until 03-31-2012. Do the kids have to wrestle in the tournaments leading up to the folkstyle state or can they enter it with out wrestling in the previous ones?
They would've had to at least wrestle in their regional tournament to qualify for state, so unfortunately you just missed that this past weekend.we are wrestling aau tournaments up until 03-31-2012. I was refering to the folkstyle state tournament that is on march 31st at male. We are wrestling in the state on sunday.
These tournaments are independent of eachother, so you do not have to wrestle onr to be in the other. The first three listed are a belt series where points are accumulated thru the three tourneys and a belt will be awrded to the ones who accumulate the most points thru out the three tourneys.I was refering to the folkstyle state tournament that is on march 31st at male.
