Region 4 duels

Moving the State Duals to the front side of districts was discussed at the recent meeting and the main issue was how to decide who went to the tournament.
This would be a good way if every Region did a region duel. Maybe this is a future years possibility. Would give every team a chance to compete instead of the District Champ and at large team. Run a true 2nd and you will have the top 3 teams out of each region.
Maybe it will spread some year.
