When does the official Miidle school and High School season start in KY ?When is the last weekend or date for Kids to do Open Tournaments ?

I can tell you this. Practice can start on October 15th.
The season begins Monday the week of Thanksgiving November 19th.
MS doesn't really have the same guidelines as far as first tournament/official meet like HS does. However the practice start date is the same Oct 15.
middle school wrestling is not regulated by the KHSAA. Therefore they can make their own rules.
What about the kids in Middle school who plan on competing in High school tournys in Kentucky ,do they have to follow High school rules and dates as far as competition ?
If they are on the High school team (JV or Varsity) they are considered high school wrestlers and must follow high school rules.
