Great job Ranger. 121 and up is wide open. Hopefully before long we will have Elkhorn back in the top 3 or 4 for the school teams. Good luck to all this year. I can't wait to get rolling.

Same here. I'm sure it won't take long before a few favorites emerge at the upper weights. We (the state) lost a lot of really good 8th graders, but there are always kids waiting in the wings to step up and take the torch.

Agreed. The hard part is convincing some of these athletes that they will never be the next John Wall or Anthony Davis. Lol!

Ranger, Teran Floyd is moving back to Oregon.

I think both Grandstaff's should make this list.

They haven't stopped all summer and will be a force come the start of the season. I assume they both will wrestle 70 for Conner this year and maybe Jacob at 75 for dual matches.

I think Jacob will finish higher than Samuel but both kids are top 5 in the state.

Also don't sleep on Clayton Boyd as well. Another young kid who wrestles year round with the Grandstaff's. This might not be his year to place at state but I assure you that if your sleeping on him he can make you pay.

I would agree the Grandstaff kids are tough. I would imagine they will do well this year. As far as the list I think ranger will wait to update until the season starts. I imagine a lot of names will change due to the growth of many kids over the summer. I know a bunch of these kids weights have changed from seeing them and talking to other people. The season is here. I am looking forward to seeing the new kids that come out of nowhere. Everyone expects the kids that everyone knows to do well. I like when a kid that nobody talks about makes an impact. I have a pretty good idea of who some of those kids will be. Can't wait to see all the kids wrestle.

Ranger, I think it's about time for some new rankings since the season is underway.

Ranger, Spencer Carpenter needs to make your list for 92.

Clayton Hanson from North Hardin beat two State placers from last year, at 105 at the North Hardin Trojan Inv. Clayton had a combined score of 22-2. He beat Gray from Caldwell 9-1 and joey Roberts from Woodford 13-1. He is a contender if not a favorite.
