Topic ID: 8807 | 8 Posts

No-Ox Wrestling will be having another "Champ Camp" featuring our College Athletes. On schedule as clinicians will be Kyle Terry and Dee Leavell from Campbellsville College and Josh Johnson and Myron Bradbury from Lindsey Wilson. With their preseason happening, no telling who else might show up to help. These college wrestlers did a fantastic job for me last month, I am very excited to have them back. Registration on the morning of camp. I will attach a flier later tonight.

I forgot to put out a date on the earlier post. The No-Ox Champ Camp will be on Oct. 6. Start time will be 9:00am with registration at 8:00-9:00. We will have 3 or 4 sessions .Sorry about that. I will put out a detailed flier later this weekend.

Anymore info on this?

nooxcamp.doc Here is the flier.

Just a reminder to everyone about the No-Ox College Trained Champ Camp this weekend. Registrations to start at 8:00am with wrestling technique to begin at 9:00am. I had Kyle Terry on the mat with us tonight and he is bringing several wrestlers with him from college. Will be a great opportunity to have some of the best State College wrestlers to learn from and also train with. Any questions call or e-mail Joe Burroughs at 270-272-8486 or [email protected].

I just want to give a big thanks to coach Burroughs and all of the college wrestlers who made another day of mat time possible. The boys are sore this morning in a good way. Thanks again jeff lampe

Your boys are pretty amazing themselves. It was nice for the other wrestlers in the room to see that kind of intensity. I wish you and all three of your boys the best of luck this season. Thanks for coming!!

Thanks to all who attended. Special thanks to Kyle Terry , Myron Bradbury, Dee Leavell and Josh Johnson. They were a tremendous plus for our pre-season workouts. I will continue to use these guys for the next few years, they are great people and well as outstanding wrestlers. I just wish more wrestlers and coaches would have taken advantage of such great opportunities right here in a centralized location. Best of luck to my "College Wrestling Friends" and to the rest of the state as they prepare for the upcoming battles!!!
