Going to Hurricane WV instead. Been to both the Hurricane WV tourney is a lil better (competition) IMO.
We had some very strong competition at this event last season. I’m thinking it will be even better this year. I’m just happy for an event close to home. It will be a great chance to shake the cobwebs out and get ready for our first real matches’ next weekend. Best of times in WV, hope you get to see some good competition as well.
Yeah we were at the KI last year also. Blue had one tough match against Maceo Powell, the kids pretty good but Blue pulled a tough one out 8-3. But altogether he had 4 matches the 1 tough match the other 3 he just walked through em. While I agree it's was a pretty good tourney for older kids 11-12/13-14 year olds. The younger age groups weren't great. The Hurricane tourney should be better for younger 7-8/9-10 year olds. But looking forward to the season to start.
