What big time matchups can we look forward to this weekend at the Male Invite? What teams will be there also?

Anderson Co., Bourbon Co., Campbell County, Christian Academy of Indiana, Crawford Co. (IN), Evansville Central (IN), Fern Creek, Lafayette, Louisville Male, Paul L Dunbar, Scott, and University Heights.

Yes, that is Campbell County's varsity. Can anyone comment on the quality of the Indiana teams?

I can tell you Evansville Central has a pretty good team this year. They beat Reitz in a dual earlier on criteria and seem to be fighting for the #2 spot in Evansville behind Mater Dei.

They have some quality kids in the middle weights (Kemper and Kelly) and their heavy (Holhl) has done well, very good football player probably just now getting into wrestling shape.

Crawford Co update listed below, I havent heard of CCA of IN.

Very tough tournament. I'm glad to see so many out-of-town teams coming to Louisville this weekend to make an exciting day of wrestling. I've seen CAL of Indiana a couple of times. They are thin in numbers, but they usually have a couple guys that are pretty decent.

I think Paducha Tilghman will also be there.

Is this Bracket pool or dual tournament ?????

It is a dual tournament pool style.

The pools are:

Lafayette

Scott HS

The top team in each pool will wrestle for 1-3. The second best for 4-6. Third Best for 7-9. Fourth best for 10-12.

Should be a good day of wrestling.
