Who made the call to let French up is what I want to know?
Sounds great to me. Can't wait to see it.
I don't know that the call to let him up was awful. Would I have done it? No. But, I'm not hating on the decision by any means. From a novice perspective, I saw Myers try to out-"strong" him with his upper body. French did wrestle a great defensive match, but I kept expecting SAM to take his shot, and it never happened.
Seems to me that you play it like Bellichick. Go into overtime and get the takedown there.

The one time he got a clear shot, French defended it beautifully.
