NHSCA senior nationals or Flonationals?

Topic ID: 9477 | 10 Posts

If you were a senior that qualified, which one would you go to and why?

Senior nationals because nhsca gets better college coverage and junior nationals is at least tougher than flow. Not so sure about senior nationals. And for college recruitment if your beating the best seniors in the nation you are gonna prove that your the best senior

I cannot speak on flo nationals.... but nhsca has.a ton of college coaches present. I believe I saw everyone d1 program accounted for and quite a few d2 coaches as well.

I never went to NHSCA, but I went to Flo. There were definately college coaches there but I think more attend NHSCA. The general rule of thumb is that seniors should go to NHSCA and underclassman go to flonationals. But if you really want to get a college coach's attention you need to go to Fargo, there isn't a D1 coach in the nation that misses that tournament.

Really? I know 3 that don't go to Fargo and I only know 3 coaches. YouTube is a major cost saver!

I based that comment off my Fargo experiance of talking to Eric Guerrero at Fargo about Caleb Ervin (Ok State wanted him BAD). Followed by me watching the finals with a Michigan State coach to my left and a Purdue coach to my right.

I don't think you can go wrong with either choice. The mistake would be in doing nothing. Flonats has risen over the few years it has been around and has excellent video coverage. Coverage available to recruiters, and there are many at the event.

Wonder how he would have done at Okie State. He sure is a nice fit at Illinois!

I'm sure both have advantages. I've been to the NHSCA in VA Beach, great tournament. But from talking to some other people, I've been told Flo is where its at. We will definitely be attending Flo this year.

The fact that they run at the same time answers the question ,
