I remember watching that match. It was more like 6 seconds but the clock ran just a little bit after the pin was called.

tthere was a guy that went to fern creek who pinned a guy in 3 seconds and its still in fern creeks record books but has never been submitted nationally

how do you even lose that fast?

its like impossible.

i agree u have to like throw them off the whistle then the ref has to call a touch pin.

that's insane

i know in '05 at the hoptown tourney sam mitchell pinned a kid in 5 seconds, the kid basically fell over and he just didnt move

2005: Jason Hardin(PRP) 9 sec

2004: Cody Moy(PRP) 4 sec

2 region 3 guys, woop woop!!

Yes Eric Slugantz did get quickest pin his senior year in 2002 but it was 5 seconds.  I still remember that "match", poor kid.

you might call me crazy but there was a 3 second pin before

i remember the guy from fern creek Don Blevins was his name i think he wrestled 152 was a repeat champ back around 1995 or so he had a pin under 5 secs could have been 3

this is crazy but at the valley invitational james johnson 160 from bullitt central was marked down for a 2 second pin....it was insane

2009 State Tournament Brandon Adams(Ryle) won the award with a pin of :09 seconds.

2008: Mitch Ervin (160, Union County) 4 seconds.

2009 Brandon Adams Ryle 17 sec.

2008: Mitch Ervin (160, Union County) 4 seconds.

I still don't understand how people can let themselves be pinned so fast. My fastest is :08 and even that baffles me.

Lol i've had a 15 sec pin, a 10 sec pin, and I think a 9 sec one also

this is crazy but at the valley invitational james johnson 160 from bullitt central was marked down for a 2 second pin....it was insane

I watched all 2 seconds of that match lol it was one of the funniest things I ever saw.

2011 was Josh Russo (Eastern) 9secs

Russo's pin was in the quarter finals...very impressive.

Those quick pins depend on the ref more times than not I saw some pins at state that were a bit faster than they got credit for .

I have had 2, :14 second oomf and 1, :11 second pin.

Pins*

ATM , had a 10 , a 13 , in the same tourny , then 36 , and a 56 or 8 , then a pin in the first 1 min something . Hard to get pins under 10 refs hardly give em or get into position fast enough .

I know pin count is up to the ref, you can have them pinned as long as ypu want, but if ref doesn't call t, it doesn't count.

I know I saw one in about 2.045 seconds last yr at state and it ended up about a 40 or something .

It's annoying when its clear as day and reds don't call it...

It's annoying when its clear as day and refs don't call it...makes me dislike officials even more!

I don't know they all are not bad , some are slow , some are big some are old some try their hardest I have a lot of respect for them most are really into the sport , some I would not mind if a meteor landed on them , some have bad days some

Play favorites some out right cheat for certain schools , one things for sure , I like a couple but there's a whole bunch that sure as heck don't like me hahahahahahahha hahahah and I hope that fat ?:!:$:$:$:! Sucker :?:!!:!:$:$:$ gets his

Seriously , some refs like to let kids wrestle and do not give fast pins .

Agreed!

About that fat :)/)/) getting his , right lol

Who got it this year?

Who got it this year?

you're just stirring the pot otto.

you're just stirring the pot otto.

Give it a rest, raider. Prior to my post the most recent post on this thread was from.........January 14. Honest question. Do you know where I can find this info?

Off of KHSAA all I could find is Nathan Boston had most pins in least total time.
