We will be holding a training camp on March 16th-17th at Bryan Station High school featuring 3X AA and NCAA Champion Paul Donahoe.

 The camp will consist of 3 sessions on Saturday and 2 on Sunday. If you are going to Nationals this is a great opportunity for extra workouts. During live sessions Donahoe will have his shoes on wrestling with campers. He has exceptional hand fighting skills, as well as top bottom work. We will be teaching technique but at an intensive pace.

 Coaches are welcome to come watch with or without wrestlers at no cost. This could be a good opportunity to learn more about summer training with Carrs wrestling academy-AKA CWA. Coach Joe Carr jr will be there to help direct and go live. We will have other coaches there also to make sure wrestlers are getting the technique shown.

Cost for 5 sessions is $100. Lunch will not be provided.

I spoke with the coaches and it is preferred that all wrestlers come to both days but if you cannot make it both days you can pay 60 dollars per day. Also it is encouraged that coaches/parents video drilling and technique but there can be not videoing of live wrestling.
