KY Extreme will be hosting open mats on Sundays from 5-7 pm. The location is Coach Cornetts facility in Verona at 14876 Brown rd. We expect to have a tough room for kids of the following grade/weights:

4th/5th grade 55-70 pounds

8th/9th grade 90-120 pounds

A few other guys in between and bigger/older.

This is a chance to get on the mat and get some live action and put some of the skills learned at camp to use.

Must have a USA card (not available for purchase on site).

Make sure you bring water. Should be a very competitive room. Any parents coming you might want to bring a chair with you.

Had a nice group of kids in Verona today. Didn't have huge numbers but the kids that were there were tough. Kids from around northern ky and a group from woodford.

This week the only bigger guys were Andreoni (145-150) and Casey Cornett (165-170).

Clay brown told me he will be there this Sunday.

Jon Belk will be there Sunday

Maybe you could get little Jackson to tag along. Be nice to see a few more raiders.

Don't worry Mr. Smith my buddy,  he will be tagging along.  Jack will making a name for his self pretty soon.  He is getting big.   Mason still has a spot on the dark side if you know what I mean.  lol
