This year’s Fall camp will host outstanding wrestling, coaching, and technique. I’ve designed this camp to make you a more technical and aggressive wrestler. We will go over how to be in perfect position, set-ups to high percentage takedowns, match ending throws, defense/counter attacks, how to successfully hold an opponent down and turn him, and how to combo wrestle from the bottom.
We will also cover dieting, flexibility, strength & conditioning, and how to focus and be mentally tough when it counts. My goal for this camp is to share with you the tools it takes to become a championship wrestler. I’ve been involved with wrestling for 22 years and am committed to helping wrestlers reach and exceed their goals.
 
Camp is open to any and all wrestlers.

Nick Spatola has been involved with the sport of wrestling for 22 years. In those years he has traveled the country competing, attending camps, and teaching wrestling. Spatola Wrestling is now entering its 13th season. Camps include technique from world class wrestlers along with his technique and philosophy. Nick is dedicated and devoted to the sport as well as committed to making champions on and off the mat.
 
This year’s camp will host an elite staff and tough out of state competition. All ages are welcome. Campers should expect to push themselves physically and mentally.

I'm super excited about this fall's camp! As always, this camp will host a diverse group of wrestlers from all over the tri-state and beyond.

Nick Simmons is one of the most dynamic top wrestlers I have ever seen. He is excited to show the camp his secrets and techniques! This will also be a great opportunity for HS wrestlers to get some Big Ten coaching exposure.

This is a very rare opportunity. You will never see a wrestler with such unique technique and talent ever again. known to the world team as the strangler. He makes choking out your opponent legal. Maybe best HS wrestler ever. Only had 5 matches go all 3 periods, 189 of them pins. 211-0 in HS. A top 5 ranked wrestler in the world. You want to get better and learn incredible new technique, this is the camp to be at. A lot of camps you learn a lot of the same stuff. That would be the case here.

Registration are flowing in.

We now have wrestlers from MI, IN, KY, and OH signed up.

Plan on getting about 10 matches in and learning from one of the Worlds best technicians. 

Early registration ends September 30th and we will close this camp at 80 wrestlers.

Great camp this weekend. It was a pleasure to meet Nick Spatola ; Mike Dehart and the rest of the group. Nick Simmons ran a fantastic technique session today.All class acts. I feel like added several new wrestling friends this weekend. Thanks to Nick!!!
